Wondering where your order is? Here’s how to track it in just a few clicks.
🔍 How to Track Your Order
Go to My Orders in your account.
Find the order you want to track.
Click “Track Package” next to the order details.
You’ll see the latest updates, including shipping carrier info and estimated delivery date.
Tip: You’ll also receive tracking updates via email and/or SMS if you’ve opted in.
📬 No Account? No Problem.
If you checked out as a guest:
Find your Order Confirmation Email.
Click the “Track My Order” link included in the email.
You’ll be redirected to your tracking page.
🚚 What If There’s No Tracking Info Yet?
Tracking numbers can take 24–48 hours to update after the order is shipped.
If it’s been longer and there’s still no update, please contact our support team.
🛑 Delayed or Missing Package?
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:
Double-check your delivery address.
Look around your delivery area (porch, mailbox, neighbors).
Contact the shipping carrier for more info.
