    • Offer a replacement, repair, or refund (depending on the product and issue)

    • Cover any additional shipping fees, if applicable

  3. Returns Not Always Required
    In some cases, we may not require you to return the item. Our team will let you know the next steps.

  • Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

  • This policy covers manufacturing defects or items damaged during shipping.

  • It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
